We offer a range of therapeutic services to support the varied needs of those who come to us. With both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy available, we tailor our approach to suit your circumstances and goals. Services include individual counselling, group work, and professional supervision, with sessions offered in person or online.

In Person Counselling
We offer in-person sessions from our Chelmsford practice, with appointments available throughout the day. Early morning and evening slots are available but limited, as these tend to be in high demand. Some spaces are reserved for students, and while we have very limited reduced-fee options, please let us know when contacting us if this is something you’d like to discuss.

Online Counselling
We offer online sessions via secure video or telephone, providing flexible access to therapy wherever you are. Appointments are available throughout the day, with early morning and evening slots limited due to high demand. Online sessions are offered at a reduced fee compared to in-person appointments.

Group Work
We offer therapeutic group sessions for those who want to explore their experiences in a shared, reflective space. Group work can be particularly helpful for processing grief, identity questions, or relational patterns alongside others who may be facing similar challenges. Sessions are facilitated by an experienced group practitioner and are available in person. Group work is offered at a lower fee than individual therapy — please get in touch to find out more about current or upcoming groups.

Professional Supervision
We offer clinical supervision for CBT practitioners working with a range of presentations, including complex and high-intensity cases. Supervision is collaborative, structured, and rooted in evidence-based practice, with space to reflect, strengthen skills, and support ongoing professional development. Sessions are available online or in person.
